Manage the coordination and administration of Configuration Management activities relating to major Military and Commercial Automatic Test Equipment (ATE) programs.
Work closely with Program Management, Engineering, and Customers on all aspects of program hardware, software, documentation, and planning of upgrade activities.
Work with customer organizations in a variety of areas including software validation, verification, and configuration issue troubleshooting.
Manage audit activities including all data and discrepancy issues from fielded systems.
Work multiple aspects of program specific Software Installation and Software Verification Procedures for test systems used by field service and customers including coordination with internal documentation group.
Supervision of Configuration Analysts who support the multiple programs and are involved in database maintenance, hardware control with OEM vendors during repair cycles, and hardware version troubleshooting.
Create and manage all program Configuration Management Plans and internal Configuration Control Boards (CCB).
Oversee and work obsolescence and material management of system instrumentation relating to spares and repair including Form, Fit, and Function (FFF) compatibility.
Attend and participate in Program Management Reviews as required. |
